I have the Sting that I use for oil. I also have the World Class Particle Pearl that is a really nice ball. I have the Pin about 1.5 in. above the fingers for it to go longer and then snap. I had an 815 with it last year. This year I'm using the Sting for oil.

I have a leverage drill and it really creates angle to the pocket. High series with it is 782 on oil. Hope that helps! The lane masters web site does a pretty good job of compairing their balls, but it depends on the drill and the way you throw it. I'm a stroker or tweener, definitly not a power player.
